I spoke to Chris & booked my service 6 weeks in advance for a 10am move. I received a confirmation the day before for 10am start, reserved my freight elevator & had my home completely packed. Day of, I waited until noon to ask if the movers were still coming and was told that they were scheduled for 2-4 pm. I explained that I received a confirmation, booked the freight elevator and all other plans for a 10am move and Alex said nowhere in the notes did it say 10am. I didn’t know if he deleted it and was being untruthful or if no one wrote it down, but how did the person confirming know it was 10am if there weren’t any notes of it?
The movers called at 3pm to say they were an hour out. The elevator closed at 6pm and they finished at 6:30pm. I was upset & frustrated & cannot recommend.

I called on a Monday to set a move for Wednesday and they were able to handle my request and accommodate everything in a timely manner. The movers were super nice and handled everything with care.

Very professional, on time and made a very large office move exceptionally easy.

They did a great job of explaining everything that their price covered and how I would be billed. The movers themselves were quick and careful with our belongings. Definitely recommend.

Everything was great. Only issue was they called the wrong phone number on moving day when we had given the office the correct number several times.

I use two men every time I have moved and each time I think this time I got the best movers but each time you prove me wrong! I love your company! My movers this last time were soooooooo fast and kind and asked so many questions and they were perfect!! they seem to make a great team they dot done so fast and were so kind!

Guys willingly took direction and had wonderful attitudes.
