There wasn’t enough room for all our items in the truck so we were left with a third of our items left which we had to find a place to store them since we were told all items would be stored. We were also told our belongings would be stored in a safe location, after the fact we were told the truck was left on our street in a broken condition which left our belongings unprotected. We also found out after the fact that our belongings were transferred to another truck without us being present. Leaving us to wonder about the security of our items. These are the most concerning problems to . Thank you for passing on these concerns to the appropriate people in charge. I look forward to hearing back from you.

The initial estimate and 2 times I had to reschedule, last minute, were handled awesomely by Blake. He showed patience and was quite knowledgable about what my move was going to take. When it was the day of the move, Tyler and Eric showed great professionalism and were amazingly careful with our belongings; fast and efficient. When all was said and done, the move took less time then originally estimated and I didn't feel cheated by the very reasonable price. I will certainly recommend TMaaT to friends and family. Whatever you are paying these 3 guys, you should double it! They are a great asset and stupendous representatives for your business! Nothing was a mystery and I never felt taken advantage of, which has not been my experience with other moving companies! Thank you!

I would not use your service ever again. The two men worked very hard but one of them was new and training and the move took way longer than anticipated. The trainer was voicing his frustration with his partner with me which was very unprofessional and they were unable to move larger pieces due to being tired which is why I hired a moving service since I can't do it myself. I am left with a garage full of items in boxes that I will have to move to the proper room and hire someone else to move the larger items for me. When I called to explain my experience your representative asked what I was looking for and He was less than helpful. I was hoping for them to do what they thought was right for the customer, either send someone else to complete the job or compensate and nothing happened.

Our movers were so friendly and worked very hard to get us into the new place as fast as possible. Blew us away! Will definitely call again for our next move.

Fabulous crew, very fast, polite and professional.

The men were early and had gotten right to work. Very pleasant to talk to and listened such as I had a sentimental piece of furniture and I had it wrapped very well, they took great care and delivered it unbroken as well as other pieces. Overall very pleased with two men and a truck!

The moving service i received was beyond exceptional. The movers, Andy and Ari were wonderful people as well as incredibly hard and efficient workers. Everything about the move was better than expected. The office staff was extremely helpful, the movers called when on there way. It was very timely and they were very careful and kind in the process. I could not have been happier with the service. I would highly recommend them.

The overall experience was below my expectations. The moving crew were awesome and I felt they went above and almost beyond. The rest of the experience was not as pleasant because the company was not prepared to move our 4 bedroom house and could not move our piano. We wound up having to pay a professional piano moving company to move our piano and get friends and family to move the rest of of our house the next day.
