The office staff had the wrong address. I attempted to call after services we performed but there was no answers.

Could not have asked for any better service. Best part of the move. Both men were very helpful and more than responsive to our needs. Will highly recommend 2 Men and a Truck

The lead mover called before arriving to ask how many boxes I needed and then told me he was off to "pick up the news guys, hope they know what they're doing". Upon arrival was upset that he had to pack us - this was on the quote - told me no way would it get done and they don't do attics. This was all discussed prior and ON THE PAPERWORK. BAD attitude, not a great way to start an already stressful process. Quote was grossly under bid on how long it would take even though I explained how much stuff we had. Husband had to tell the mover it was not his job to complain but just needed to do his job. Eventually got it done, but not without needing us to get him started. Other two helpers were GREAT. I am still waiting to connect with someone on our damage, have called at least 5 times.

The entire process went so smoothly, I wished we'd called them for previous moving needs. Our scheduler listened to what we needed to be done and when, then made it happen. We appreciated the excellent communication in that Dispatch called a day or two before to confirm the appointment and our movers called about a half hour before the appointment to tell us they were on their way. The movers were friendly and efficient. One of them went over the paperwork with us so we knew what to expect, then they promptly got to work after seeing what needed to be done. They took care not to scuff the walls or the furniture and carefully placed everything where it needed to go. Overall an excellent moving experience.

We had a mixed experience. Office team was amazing and Tony, one of our movers was so courteous and friendly and honestly so great! Alex, our other mover we were not thrilled with. After two of our pieces broke he blamed us for buying shoddy furniture and then upon catching his mistake of not adding “IKEA furniture” to our contract, he added it POST me signing which felt really sketchy. When we questioned him on it, he just said it wasn’t his department and had a very “that’s what you get for buying that kind of furniture anyway” kind of attitude that was offensive. That’s all we can afford! He also asked for a tip (rude) and we are just praying he split it with Tony but based on his display of character, we are doubtful he did. Tony is the only reason for any good reviews on the day.

Francisco and Jorge made our move so smooth. The move took 9 1/2 hours and they were true professionals the whole day. They never complained and were consummate professionals. After moving our house they helped us go and pick up 2 couches we had bought. while at the pick up location the couch owners asked them to move a couple of couches downstairs. And after a already long day they were more than happy to help. It is hard to find this kind of service today, but they are highly recommend. God forbid I ever have to move again but I will not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Francisco and Jorge, you made our move very easy.

I hired two crews, two weeks apart from Two men and a Truck. The first crew was absolutely brilliant. They worked very hard, communicated well, and were very careful. I would definitely hire them again. Unfortunately, the second crew I got were slow workers. Though they were careful, they'd didn't communicate well. I ended up with furniture stacked in rooms in a way that meant I had to hire help again the next day to move furniture around. The crew appeared to be milking every minute of the time that was estimated. Prior to the crew showing up I had moved all boxes out of the house. There were only large pieces of furniture left. 2nd crew took 6 hours to move 3 beds, 3 dressers, a dinning room set, two couches, and some patio furniture. I wouldn't hire them again.
