I used Two Men and a Truck for this move because of the experience I had during my first move. This move was much more disappointing. I am not the customer that complains, but as I've unpacked I've uncovered a number of broken items and my very expensive, 18-month old Temperpedic memory foam mattress is filthy! To then hear that the move team tried to add a $125 tip onto my credit card after I tipped them $150 in cash the day of the move is infuriating. Based in THIS experience I would NOT use Two Men and a Truck again, that said based on my previous positive experience I would consider it. I'm happy to discuss if you would like any additional information.

I love Two Men and a Truck! They always do work faster than expected and are super friendly! They take great care of all of your items and if you tell them that something is extremely valuable to you, then will take extra precautions.
