Everything was great, from contacting Brett to set up the move, to the office staff, to the day. The crew showed up when they said they would. They were very friendly and accommodating. The entire move went very quickly and without a snag. I am so happy I chose your service. Even the storage unit manager was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the crew. My experience with Two Men and A Truck was excellent. From getting a quote, scheduling (even after I needed to reachedule), and execution of moving, everything was smooth and easy. The movers (Moses and Michael) were professional and experienced.

Movers pout my bed together v (that they took apart) completely wrong. They called me upstairs to ask me how to put my bed together. When I said I didn't know they said in a stern voice, "well, its your bed"! Lame. My husband and i had to completely redo their work. Fine they didnt know how to do it, but pretended like they did a great job and they were not that nice about it. For $450.00, I would expect some better assistance. They simply needed to pay more attention when they were taking the bed apart. It was nothing like it was when they moved it from point A. I bought the bed from my friend (point A)- she came over and laughed when she saw how it was put together. It was moved about 15 miles from point A to point B. I was overcharged.
