I was concerned about price and my movers understood this- they worked very hard to complete my move in a timely fashion while being careful with my items, especially my piano which I was very concerned with. Nothing was was damaged and the move completed in very reasonable time. The guys were friendly and made the move much less stressful!

Movers arrived 6 hours late. At noon, I was told 1-3. At 1, I was told 2-4. At 2, I was told no later than 5, the time my storage unit closed. At 5 I was told 6:30. At 6:30, they said they were 15-30min away, on their way. Driver called me right after and then told me they were not on their way and were 45-60min our. They arrived at 7:35pm. At that point, I had moved half of my stuff myself and emptied my storage unit into the street so I could move that night. Simply terrible scheduling and internal communication within The company.

Two of my pieces of furniture were damaged in the move but I did not notice until after the movers had left. One was inexpensive and not a big deal, the other was a one-of-a-kind piece that was not cheap and cannot be repaired. Other than that, the movers were on-time and professional. The price was higher than what I am used to paying for movers, but they were relatively efficient and the appointment was very last-minute so I appreciate that.

There were elements of this move that were unexpected--to me and the movers--and everything was taken in stride by your workers. It make me feel very comfortable - able to put my attention where it needed to be. I am sorry I was not able to fully express my appreciation to them.

The two men who did my move (Tyler & Francisco?) were very prompt, efficient, friendly, outgoing and worked very quickly. The estimated time
to complete my move was spot on as was the original cost estimate. I would highly recommend Two Men and A Truck and I will definitely use them
again should I move again in the future.

overall a decent move. my TV stand got broke, i have yet to hear from your damage guys? the guys did good but could have been more careful. I'm hoping i won't find damage on some expensive pieces of furniture.
