The process was transparent and scheduling was easy and convenient. We were moving during the week of Christmas and were worried that we may not be able to schedule in time. However, the staff was courteous and managed to squeeze us in. The moving crew was on time and took good care of the stuff while removing and while placing them in the home.
There were few spots where there were scrapes on the wall which the moving staff took note of and said someone will reach out. I haven't heard from anyone yet. Planning to write back to the customer service team with pictures to initiate the process. I am yet to initiate claim process so cannot speak to that experience. However, I can say that the overall experience was good. Would recommend.

I appreciated the confirmation phone calls and emails before the move, it made me feel confident that the job was going to be handled well. I had items moved between floors in my townhome and it was a harrowing job due to narrow stairwells and large, awkward furniture. John and Amos were so accommodating, super friendly, and very professional. They had a strong problem solving and positive attitude about the entire process. It was a great experience overall!

The two gentlemen who helped me moved were awesome. They were kind and helpful throughout the whole process. They also explained all the paperwork before having me sign.

Moving can be stressful - your office and moving team made it easy and non-stressful. The movers were friendly and very considerate of my house hold goods. Even though paid by the hour they were very quick and efficient. I will definately use again when I have moving needs!

The communication was great, the movers arrived on time and were very professional and moved with quickly. I am very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend this service to anyone.

The price is a bit on the high side. I was very happy with the service and I buy a lot of equipment I'll be needing moved for resale. If you had some kind of frequent user discount program, I'd be more inclined to use your service more. In this particular case, there were some large items needing 2 people to load and unload. My average with the truck and 2 people came to $190/hour which is a bit steep. However, you were able to fit me into the schedule quickly and accomplished the job efficiently and on time.

I was impressed from start to finish with everything. I have always had issues with moves but you all were great. The crew that moved my stuff were some of the hardest working men i have ever met. Give them a raise and keep them around!

My movers were great. We told them that we were on a tight schedule and they did everything in their power to be effective and efficient. We got everything done in an hour and we’re abl to go to a family lunch. Overall they were a great team!

The experience leading up to moving day was excellent. Communication was thorough and they even called day of to ask about starting early.
Initially the movers were very nice and it seemed thorough, but then I realized it was going very slowly. There was no “hustle” and I ended up moving stuff off the truck at the destination myself just to save some money. Additionally, I left after the movers, passed them about 2/3rds of the way to the new house, made a stop at harbor freight and still beat them to the house by 15-20 minutes. What took so long? By the near end of the move they were using my paid time to fold their blankets and tidy up their truck while I was still carrying stuff inside.
Finally, a few things in the home were damaged and there’s been no follow up since moving day.
