There were few spots where there were scrapes on the wall which the moving staff took note of and said someone will reach out. I haven't heard from anyone yet. Planning to write back to the customer service team with pictures to initiate the process. I am yet to initiate claim process so cannot speak to that experience. However, I can say that the overall experience was good. Would recommend.

Initially the movers were very nice and it seemed thorough, but then I realized it was going very slowly. There was no “hustle” and I ended up moving stuff off the truck at the destination myself just to save some money. Additionally, I left after the movers, passed them about 2/3rds of the way to the new house, made a stop at harbor freight and still beat them to the house by 15-20 minutes. What took so long? By the near end of the move they were using my paid time to fold their blankets and tidy up their truck while I was still carrying stuff inside.
Finally, a few things in the home were damaged and there’s been no follow up since moving day.
