The moving team was very personable and on time--and got to work right away. The wrapping and movement of property was performed efficiently. We had some concern over the manner in which furniture and other items were placed/packed on the truck--and we did experience some minor damage to certain items as a consequence, e.g., a large ceramic pot that was supposed to have been wrapped in a pad was not and it was irreparably damaged in transit as a result, and a display button on our dryer was cracked, likely as a result of something else hitting it during travel. Like the loading, the unloading was performed very quickly and with little problem.

Alejandro and Ari were super nice and careful with my furniture. They put together my dresser and bed a d were so helpful and professional!

They were not irritated when we asked them to move furniture they had already placed. They were always willing to accommodate us. The movers, Kenny and Austin, were prompt and very helpful and pleasant to work with. Very respectful of my mom's things. Was very appreciative of them.
