I live out of town, but helped a family member locate and arrange their move via phone. Therefore, I don't know what the team's appearance was like although my family member told me that, as far as your company was concerned, the move was a positive experience for them. The office staff I spoke with was polite and thorough. The price was quite a bit higher than another company I contacted, but by the time I told my family member, they had already made a commitment to your company. I'm pleased that my family had a positive experience.

I requested my move in two parts. Both crews were excellent. Arrive on time. Were considerate and very diligent.

This was my second move within 5 months. The second time was as good as the first. Zack and Drew did an amazing job with the 9.5 hour move. We could not be happier with the service we received. Thanks to the crews packing ability we were able to safely fit everything into the truck. I wouldn't think twice about hiring two men and truck again. Thanks again Zack, Drew and the entire staff at Two men.

Our movers were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make our move quick, and efficient, and all of our belongings got there and unloaded safely. They were also extremely friendly.

Cedric and Keith were great they called ahead of time to let us know what they were going to be there and they showed up on time, explained everything they were going to do and did it in a timely manner. If I have to move again I will be using this company again.

Everything for our move was going well, until moving day. We were promised to receive a call on moving day morning to let us know of the 2 hour window. We were scheduled for the 12-5 window on 10/30. By 4:00 we still hadn't received a call to keep us informed. We tried to call the dispatcher but had to leave two messages--one at 2:00 and one at 4:00 approximately. When we didn't hear back we called the sales team. We got a call back then from Nate, explaining that he couldn't reach the moving crew, and he dropped the ball when he didn't keep us informed. Stress! They arrived at the pick-up point at 6:00 and asked if we wanted to reschedule tomorrow. No! The crew worked very hard and they were so polite and helpful! Antoine/Jerry were the BEST helped make the move bearable!

I contacted 2 Men and a Truck because they had a great reputation in Tucson - I did not realize it was a franchise. We were making a very small local move. I thought 2 Men and a Truck would be good because we did not have a lot of stuff to move we just needed help with a few large items. I thought the quote was a bit high and there were 3 men on the quote - I called 2 MEN AND A TRUCK - not 3. My husband questioned Karen on the phone when she called and I disputed the Quote but Karen said it sounded like a three man job - she completely ignored my dispute sent by e-mail. When the guys showed up the first thing they asked is why we had asked for three movers!! This was beyond irritating - since we ALL AGREED THAT ONLY 2 MEN were needed. The service provided by the movers was great!!!

Our movers were beyond excellent. They were professional, fast and good humored. They asked multiple times if things were placed where we wanted them and were okay when a few times when I couldn't decide how to arrange the room. They treated our furniture like it was their own. Our crew was just awesome!!!!

First I would like to tell you what a great job the moving team did - one of the gentlemen's names was Carlos bit I didn't get the other's name, I am sorry to say. They were careful and yet quick, patient and caring, they took the time to explain the move in steps I understood and could relate to. Second the office staff was extremely professional and caring, Karen did a great job of staying on top of every change I made and returned all my calls promptly! Your team are the real pro's and I would recommend and use you again in a heartbeat!
