Set up and moving was excellent. However when my card was declined for payment because my daily debit limit needed to be raised, which it was, the dispatcher was not exactly nice about the inconvenience. If I don’t use you again it would be based on that portion of the move, the dispatcher.

I was very happy with my moving experience! The office team called the day before to confirm my move and the crew showed up on time the next day. The crew were very professional and moved my items with care. I had some questions after the move and again, the office team handled my issues with concern and care and took care of the issue promptly. My experience made moving much less stressful and I couldn't be happier with Two Men and a Truck. I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family!

Karen who set up the move was great! It stops there, your office manager Chris was terrible, the movers were 5 hours late and we had to do two moves as the facility my 88 year old mother was going to would not accept moving in after 6. I asked to speak with Chris's manager who never called but Chris assured me he would, Chris made promises about arrival times and promised to leave word as to what time the second move would be by 9am the second day and he did not. I called and he just talked around the issue an s completely ineffective. adding insult to injury they broke the glass on one of the two paintings they moved the second day and I was promised I would be contacted the next day to make arrangements to have it fixed. I have not heard a word!!!!!!!! Terrible Company!!!!!!

I had the best moving experience with your company. The team that you provided beyond met my expectations and I am very pleased. They were very friendly, hardworking, polite, quick, and very funny! I completely trusted them moving my items and enjoyed spending a few hours with them. When I would ask for some boxes to be moved that I directed to the wrong spot, they didn’t hesitate and accommodated my request.
