Our move went well but was grossly underestimated. This was because our location was out of range for your live walk-through estimator, therefore we had more boxes and items than you anticipated. The move ran far overtime and despite still having room on the third truck, a number of items were left behind. This caused a return visit to collect the remaining items. The appointment for this was dropped resulting in a wasted afternoon for a no-show. The return was promptly rebooked and accomplished successfully at no additional cost to us. Based on the final resolution, we are happy with the overall service and it was a good value. the attitude of the original 5-man crew was EXCELLENT.

I hired Two (but had three :) men and a Truck to move us on Mother Day. They were FANTASTIC!. So fast and polite. They had us moved in about 4 hours. They guys had great attitudes and were very considerate on a pretty stressful day. Thank You! Kim Zeylmaker

This was a small job, but what I appreciated most was you called when you said you would. Good follow up. Customer service should still be a company’s number one priority and it was refreshing to see. Keep it up.

Overall a great experience. The movers were solid guys and trustworthy. My only concern—The loading and unloading was much slower than expected. We moved a one bedroom apartment 4.5 miles and it took 6.5 hours. Definitely longer than expected. Other than that, I’d definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck.

I had to call another moving company after the first one failed to finish my move in over 9 hours and also charged me more than he said initially. I called Two Men and a Truck and they were able to accommodate my short time frame and sent two wonderdul, upbeat, positive young men that finished my move with ease, as well as gave me a laugh since I was stressed. Oscar and Erik were wonderdul and Oscar took the time to explain everything to me before we started. I don't know where you got these guys, but they are keepers! I can't say enough about how much I appreciated their upbeat , professional demeanor! I wish there was a higher rating than excellent! Thanks so much!

Our moving team led by Matt was excellent! Courteous, professional, and timely. I will definitely recommend them again!

We had a family emergency and had to move very quickly. We were able to book our move in 2 days. Stephen and Chris were on time, efficient and very personable. We could not be more pleased with our move. We will be using Two Men and a Truck when we are ready to move the remainder of the contents of our home. Thank you all so much.
