I would give the guys a set of tools to keep in the truck. That would be my only constructive feedback. This is not reflective on them but the company. Also... send the paper work ahead of time to us. Please don’t use it towards our time. Wasn’t expecting that. Again not reflective on the employees but the company. The move was expensive. I came from the Bay Area...and used a lover three time and for four hours it was roughly $500. I don’t understand how Denver costs so much

We do in fact require our drivers to carry a set of tools on the truck, and if they forget their tools for the day we have back-ups in each one of our offices. I am sorry to hear that we came out unprepared for the move. I will look into the paperwork delivery to see if we can collect signatures earlier to avoid the wasted time filling it out on the day of the move. My stuff was taken care of, but one of my movers wrapped everything and wasted about an hour of time doing that. It shouldnot have taken 5hits to move me

The day of the move, we were called and told our move would be delayed by hours, which was extremely disappointing. However, the team of movers, Patrick and Anthony, who came in on their day off, were wonderful! They were friendly, capable, speedy, efficient and went above and beyond to arrange everything as I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with how they handled everything.

Everyone involved did a great job. The guys were on time and knew what they were doing. They took very good care of the items we moved and everything arrived unscathed.
