The two movers came and put all my stuff in the truck very quickly, and then moved everything into the apartment in a very short amount of time. Everything seems to be in the same condition it was before. Overall very happy with the service.

I have used Two Men and a Truck on multiple occasions, and I've always had a good experience. My movers, Francisco and Jose, were especially excellent during this move. It was a big job with a lot of heavy furniture, and they handled everything with care. They even went the extra mile, taking off the feet and base, so that my big couch would fit down the small staircase to the basement. Then they reassembled it for me, and the couch looked good as new! I'm beyond appreciative for all of their hard work, and they were truly a pleasure to work with. Two Men and a Truck is a great company with great employees - I highly recommend them to anyone who's moving!

They got my stock pot in the trick and got it to the house there was one thing that thy Brock and it was the cat post weach is going to Chost 80 to get fix’s all the other stof is good

I called a week after scheduling with 2 m & t and asked that they show up ASAP the morning of as I contractually needed to be out of my house by 12:00 PM. Received a call from 2 m & t two days prior to my move date confirming my appointment. I received a call15 minutes into my eta window (8:00-9:00) cancelling my appointment. The attitude of the disbatch was complacent. I will never use or recommend this company. Two men and a truck Could not have been any more irresponsible.

1st, the 2 guys that moved me, were great - courteous & seemed to really enjoy helping me move. The issue is with the company. I scheduled my move well in advance. I called them days before the move to confirm. They also called me the day before the move & confirmed arrival btwn 8 & 9 AM. At 8:30 AM moving day, I got a call from dispatch stating were cancelling because they were short handed. They suggested I call another moving company. I was devastated as I had everything packed and ready to move. I had to move that weekend due to my job and end of lease. Which is why I booked well in advance. I frantically called other movers scheduled a questionable company out of desparation. 3hrs later 2M&aT found 2 guys willing to move me on their day off. Won't use this company again.

We had an appointment for them to show up at 8:00 am. At 9:30 am we received a call saying they couldn't be there till 4:30. Never showed up at 4:30. We had to reach out and call another company to move us last minute which cost us a lot of money. we were moving because my mother had just died. The added stress your company put on us was disgusting.

After the crew was scheduled to arrive, was called and told they got busy and would not be coming!!! And, told they could not say when crews would again be available!!! Was asked if I'd like to reschedule!!! Had to get professionals to rescue the move. They did great. You should not be in this business.

Unfortunately, if an employee calls out due to illness or a family emergency there is nothing that we can do to force them into work. Once we got word of not being able to complete your scheduled move we wanted to do the best that we could by offering a significant discount along with a lower hourly rate. Unfortunately that wasn&#39;t what you needed on the day of your move and we sincerely apologize for the way that scenario unfolded. It is our goal to provide great customer service in all aspects of moving, and we clearly failed in regards to your scheduled move. I want to apologize on behalf of the company, and I wish at some point you would give us a second chance to make things right.
