From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I will refer Two Men and a Truck to anyone needing a mover.

Overall my experience was good. I feel like pricing was a bit high, and it was odd to me that pricing changed from one Wednesday to the next Thursday. The only real issue I had, was on the day of my move. Apparently the movers I had requested called in sick and I didn’t receive a call from anyone until 2 hours after they were supposed to be there. Upon calling dispatch that morning, no one could give me an answer, which was also frustrating.

James, Jean-Luc, and Howard did an awesome job. Give them each a raise!

I was very pleased with these services. My movers managed to get my apartment loaded in the truck, driven almost 60 miles, and then unloaded in 3 hours. They were very helpful in getting all of my electronic equipment packed and moved in perfect condition, including my very fragile he tv. I did my last move myself and it took nearly a full day. Because the movers were so fast and efficient, I was able to return to work the same afternoon I moved. I will certainly be recommending Two Men and A Truck to my friends and coworkers.

Your movers ran their truck into my gutters and damaged them. We filled out a damage form and reported it. Its been 3 weeks with multiple calls to the office and still no resolution.

The moving team showed up to move on time. They were friendly and went right to work. Went immediately to new place and finished. Excellent job.

There is a dispute over keys to an apartment. Did not get them back. One crew member said the other one had them. The other crew member did not show up for work for a while. Keys still have not been replaced and no one seems to care. Stories have also changed on their end. Some glass table tops were also not moved as originally agreed.

The original 2 men that arrived in the morning where extremely slow, spending 40 % of their time on their phones, some of that time calling the office to request additional help. Had they just worked like previous 2 men teams that we have had in the past, they would not have needed additional help. The office sent an additional man out that was very hard working and got the other two men finally working. Then when they unloaded at our destination 2 more men arrived and they were really excellent hard workers. So the guy that arrived at noon and the 2 more that arrived at 5 pm were quality workers, top of the line. But the original 2 men only started working hard when the truck was unloaded. All of the men were polite. We appreciated the monetary compensation for the additonal 2 men.

Furniture and wall was damaged and was not notified of the damage.

We have moved several times and have used 2 Men and a Truck every time. They are professional, courteous, and reliable. I have recommended them to friends and no-one is ever disappointed. Will never use anyone else to move us - they are the best!
