Everyone I talked to was very helpful and friendly. I would especially like to thank the 2 guys on the truck. They were very professional and helpful, and friendly.
I have one issue and it is lack of communication. Originally our appt was 1:30 to 4pm. It was finally picked up at around 7pm. This would not be a problem but we were never notified that it would be late. I had to call 3 times and although everyone was very helpful, we were told 3 diffrent time. When I could not get ahold of dispatch, I called sales and they went to dispatch to check. When the truck still did not come in the time I was told ,then I called again but the office was closed. So at this point I was not sure the truck was even coming. A little communication would be helpful.

This was the best moving experience I've had so far (and I've moved a lot)! The team was professional, personable, efficient, careful, and it was all around excellent service. They even dealt with a less than optimal situation with my neighbor in a professional, non-confrontational manner. These guys were tops, every single one of them! Thank you.

The move was very easy with two men and a truck. Everything I asked them to do they did and they were very efficient. I had a very heavy gun safe and a large tool box and they got them moved with no damage. I will use two men and a truck if or when I move again.

THE MOVERS WERE FANTASTIC AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND WITHOUT INCIDENT. THEY HAD TO MOVE HEAVY BIG EQUIPMENT UP A U BEND FLIGHT OF STAIRS AND THEY WERE ABLE TO DO SO WITH GREAT COMMUNICATION, ATTENTION TO BOTH THE WALLS/SURROUNDINGS AND EQUIPMENT/

The movers called before arriving. This was fortunate because, despite two conversations and a written confirmation of the first stop, they were headed for the wrong place. They did not wrap or protect any of our furniture. Significant damage to tall chest of drawers and scratch on dresser. Couch soiled in three places. Three-and-a-half-hour delay because of injury to one of the movers. NOT ONE CALL from a manager or office staff to let us know what was going on. NOT ONE ANSWERED OR RETURNED phone call despite our leaving repeated messages on voicemail. Still no contact from the company and it's now three days since our move. Despite this, the movers were courteous, concerned and very apologetic about the situation. These young men (and we) were simply abandoned by management.

Everyone was excellent - friendly and helpful. The movers went out of their way to help me. A small bird flew into my house as the movers were taking out of my house. The movers rescued the bird - which went above and beyond the call of duty!
