Booking this move was super easy on the phone, and the price seemed fair & competitive. Justin & Manuel (my movers) were right on time, came in with positive friendly attitudes, and listened attentively to instructions. They seemed to strike just the right balance of taking their time & being careful with furniture items (as to not scratch or damage them), yet worked quickly & efficiently even though there were MANY stairs. I also noticed wonderful teamwork which generated what I would describe as really a PERFECT move in my opinion :-) And I have moved ALOT over the years with various companies. This was one of the best overall mover experiences to date! I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to friends, and would even specifically request Justin & Manuel if given that option.

I was disappointed that we only had two guys and they were over 2 hours late through no fault of our two movers. They were not able to finish the job when we were assured they would and we had to bring two trailer loads the following day ourselves. Our movers were GREAT guys and super hard workers, but we were not so happy about having to take another day to move when we had hired the job to be done. We are moving another small house next week and I'm reluctant to take a chance. Again our move were great. Bought them lunch and topped them well, but our outcome was disappointing.

After very careful explanation of what I needed I was assured that the job could be done. After waiting ALL day they finally showed up at 6pm and didn’t have the equipment or knowledge to do the job. Clearly I am unhappy and resent I stayed home ALL day to be told “sorry we don’t have the equipment to do this”

The office staff 2 days before the move was frustrating- I picked you guys because of the time as The storage unit was doing me a favor as they never allow other companies pick up on the weekends. I could never get a direct answer out of the office person outside of 8-9 when I had originally chose your company I was told 8-830... when the guys got there, they put me at ease and quickly calmed my frustration.

Customer service was great. I called several times. The guys we had were SO friendly and accomidating. They took good care of our things and worked really hard. They hustled and it turned out to be a great deal. Definitely would use again and recommend!

TK, Kyle, and Chris did an excellent job throughout a lonnnnnggggg day of moving. They took special care with my piano and went out of there way to make amends for the company's lack of staffing on the day of my move. They completed a 4-Men-2Truck job, with 3-Men-and-1-Truck, in 1 day. Everything was handled professionally and TK kept me updated every step. I was very worried they wouldn't get it all done, but they did. I will be recommending 2 Men & A Truck to others.
