My dissatisfaction was some pieces were not plastic wrapped, causing 2 tables to be damaged and leaves of antique DR table slightly scratched. Also If the 2 bookcases had been wrapped, one of the small pieces wouldn't have fallen off, jamming the elevator and stranding 2 movers for half an hour. You underestimated the # of movers needed because both guys had to go down 8 floors together, slowing down the process . When man #3 showed up, the process took the normal time. They also gouged a door frame moving a sleeper couch. The same couch was previously moved in with no damage. Now, In their favor, these 3 guys were able to dismantle, move, and reassemble a 140 year old French amior. Cudos to them

The move setup was easy. I do not recommend if you think that something can go wrong and you need to make a claim. They have constantly ignored my emails and have not answered my questions I have. I have sent them the pictures they asked for and did everything they asked. The manager Doug does not even returned any messages after a month of trying to get in contact. So if this situation can happen to you and you don’t want to go through this nightmare I do not recommend them at all.

Movers arrived on time and worked very well. I'm happy with how they loaded and unloaded my property. I will definitely recommend.

The service ended up being a little more expensive than I anticipated, but I was happy with the service and how fast it was.

I was misled on the price. That is why I hired them. I was never told the rate was an hourly rate and was hit with a huge bill at the end. Also the movers lost hardware to my bed and now I can no longer put it back together

Alex and Dave were frakkin' AWESOME. Give those guys a raise! Truly, they were professional, fast, careful—and very personable. I'd hang-out over a beer with them!

The two guys that helped with my move were beyond excellent. They were courteous, prompt and professional at all times and had an excellent sense of humor which made the stress of moving less hectic. I am a repeat customer and will be for all my future moving needs. Thanks again.

The team that came was awesome. Great attitude, took really good care of my things, they were sensitive and it was done in the time frame that worked. I am so glad I moved with them. We had lived on the same house for 25 years so it was emotional and the great can do attitude lifted our spirits. We will sure recommend your service. TY!
