The experience was okay. It was my first time hiring a moving company. A little pricey so I probably won't do it again.

The two movers were fantastic and so easy to work with! Kudos to them both! The only issue was in closing out the transaction. The technology wouldn't work, and no one was available via phone (apparently). So they were just going to use the card I had on file and email me a receipt. But I still haven't received the receipt. So I"ll be following up with someone to get that receipt emailed to me. Thank you.

I was happy not having to lift any large heavy items or furniture. This saved my back and gave me more time to unpack after the initial move. It gave me the energy I needed in the days following our move to get my new home in order!!!

Very satisfied with entire experience. Movers themselves were phenomenal and deserve a raise.

From the men that came to my apartment, one of them had experience, was focused and very efficient. However, his partner did not. The difference in experience level was problematic as there was some friction and some wall scratching. Also, the more junior person while nice he was very chatty and too noisy (asked about rent rates, if I owned or rented, etc). This was very uncomfortable and made me think less of the company. Also, the team seemed tired and left things behind. I had to chase them and remind them that I needed everything packed and gone.

Great service from booking over the phone to the actual move. Everything was explained clearly and the movers were professional and understanding. Very happy with the move.

The office staff provided me with a quote right away and followed up before and after the actual move. The move team was young, energetic, professional, and very personable. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Overall the service can be better, new guy damage one of my walls nothing big, and I told them they will put my furniture together and they left my dinner table upside down. At the end they put my TV together, because they closed the truck they didn’t want take the tv box until I told them. Also it will be nice for them to always use shoes covers, carpet got dirty.

David and Anthony were both knowledgable and professional in moving and packing my stuff into a storage unit. Anthony completely explained all that would be required to store my glass cabinets and mattress so I understood what they were going to be doing during the move. They also had a trainee with them and were careful to make sure he handled my items with the same care that they did. They are among the top movers I have used in the past 5 years and will definately use again in my next move. Thank you, Two Men And A Truck.
