broke two items in the move. One being the legs on a Costco table, the second being a bedroom lamp. All else was good

Giusel in the office was amazing and very helpful! As for my actual move, things went down hill fast. The two guys, Robert and Sergio, took 1.5 hours for lunch up against a reserved elevator time for which we would have been fined had they gone past five o’clock. Luckily they were done before then. A few pieces of furniture had dings and scratches and we overlooked those as “Wear and tear” due to moving. Our master bed headboard is severely damaged. Robert ashured me he would file the claim that day, Saturday September 29. I had to call today, Saturday October 5 to follow up. The office knew NOTHING about our claim as Robert never reported it. I sent photos after talking with the office. I am now concerned since Robert assured me the bed would be replaced. Looking forward to a call!

The team that came out was incredible. Efficient, patient and kind.. right on point with everything. Outstanding service!

The guys and truck arrived at 2pm, right in the middle of the window quoted (12-4). They were professional, quick, and took care of my belongings. My 2 bedroom townhouse was packed and ready to move within an hour and a half, tranported 15 minutes to my new place, and all moved in, in another hour. It would have taken me 3 days to move all my stuff by myself, they did it in 3 hours. The guys had a great attitude and even joked and danced with my young son. Good experience from start to finish.

Prince, Brian and Jose were exceptional. They explained everything clearly and asked want I needed during the moving time.
They were finished loading 2 hours faster than I expected, and everything arrived in good shape and was unloaded in record time.
I plan on asking for these 3 movers when I move storage in the near future.

several pieces of my furniture was damaged and was not taken good care of.

It was great. Great movers, great attitude.

Packing furniture into more pads would have kept scratches off the it.

I am very unhappy. I have been trying to get my claim dealt with for over two weeks without ANY communication from Two Men and a Truck in two weeks. I have been sending emails almost every day with NO communication. This is after having damaged property and damage to my new home. So disappointed AND they STILL charged my card full price.
