The threesome that did our move were polite, friendly, courteous, and very professional. If we need to move again I would love to have the same threesome. They took great care to protect our furniture including the piano. They took care in moving things so as not to damage walls, ceilings, and floors. They kept an eye out for our cats so they didn't get out. If I was asked to give a star rating it would be a 10 with all pros and no cons. Thank you again for all your help and support in our move. Movers knocked down going down my staircase a small piece of furniture and it scarred me that it was damaged. Luckily nothing happened. The drivers were also 45 minutes late in the morning then what I was told would be arrival time. Overall though move went smooth it was stressful but that is what moving is all about. Thanks for everything

Experience was great. The movers and packers were great. Appreciate the hard work.

I think they crew did a good job considering everything that needed to be moved but there was a lot of damage done to my furniture and also my brand new home that they moved it into. I felt like they were not being a careful as they could have been. Also, wrapping furniture just in shrink wrap doesn't protect it. Everything that was just wrapped in shrink wrap alone was damaged. The few items that were wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap actually had no damage at all.

We hired your company because our washer/dryer delivery company would not deliver up to our second floor. But we had to pay you a 3 hour minimum for only 15 minutes of work.

Ítems were tossed around as if they had no value. Don’t these guys have a clue how to pack stuff? I couldn’t watch them all as I’m only one person and only had I had some friends present and maybe they could have seen the poor packing Technique of the team that trashed a lot of stuff. Most destructive move in 50 years!

Amazing experience. Everyone was super professional from the office staff to the movers. Kudos to Mike. He was extremely attentive and right on top of everything.

I choose Two Men and a Truck because of Gizel. She was very friendly, inviting and warm on the phone while other moving companies I called were not very friendly. Overall, the experience was excellent except their seem to be miscommunication between the office and the movers. Also, all the sudden an hour and half before they were going to stop helping me, the guys said they had another job at 3:00 and weren't going to be able to help me finish moving. I would have paid for a 6th hour if they didn't do this as I still had quite a bit to move on my own. I wish I was told at the starting point that they had another job. Seemed fishy. They also left 2 big saran wrap tubes with quite a bit of wrapping stuff on them at my old place. Both guys were supper nice and did a great job!

Two Men and a Truck moved my mother's furniture and clothing from a retirement community in Escondido to a retirement community in Poway. They were professional and courteous. There was only one issue: When they arrived at the new location, a glass chimney fell off one of the lamps and broke on the driveway. One of the men told me about it, and I told them it was no problem to replace it. They left. A little while later a visitor at the community came to tell the Office Manager that there was broken glass in the driveway and they should sweep it up before someone got a flat tire. Your men should have swept the glass up before they left, and if they don't carry a broom/dust pan, they should have asked for one.

I greatly appreciate everything about this experience. From the beginning of the process online, asking a detail questions of what was being move, to buying the boxes, and to the upload and unload of my things. It relieved me of a lot of stress. I'm so grateful.
