I still waiting on someone to discuss the damage caused to my home and my furniture by your movers.

Everything was really great, and the only issue I had, was that boxes and stands were flipped over, when it wasn't really necessary.
I guess I could have pointed that out to the movers on arrival to point A, but I guess I assumed that's common sense and that they won't do that.
I labeled all boxes on their top, and at point B, when the movers asked me where "unlabeled" boxes go, I knew they had them all sideways and upside down.
I'm just happy that I took care of the boxes with more critical content myself.
Again, not a huge thing, but did introduce some unnecessary inconvenience.

The movers had no care of my items. Many furniture pieces were slightly damaged. Very careless movers

They did a great job and were very pleasant during the move. I would call them again when I have to move.

Aaron, I believe his name was, and the rest of the team did a great job moving my items, were super quick and helpful. Joe, in the office, was very accommodating to my moving time and got the job done right on time. Will use again, if I have to move.

Prince, Germaine, Nick and Brad were all very professional and had a great attitude throughout the entire move. They were funny, outgoing, positive and worked so so hard and never complained. Would love to work with that crew again.

They were awesome! Here in Northern California it rarely rains and of course it chose the day I moved to rain. They didn’t miss a beat and not one single piece of furniture got wet. It did take a little bit longer because we had to wrap them with wraps and plastic but it was totally worth it because all of my belongings were perfect. The movers kept a professional and pleasant attitude even though they were completely soaked and all in all it was a great experience considering it was the move which is never fun. Next time I move I’m definitely calling you guys! Just hoping that I sit for a while because moving is a lot.

Our truck team did an excellent job of moving our stuff safely in down pouring rain.

The guys were friendly but worked slowly and one took smoke breaks. After they left I noticed damage to a cabinet and to the stucco surrounding my front door. Would like to be compensated for damage.

I was very unhappy with my move the movers were very nice but they damaged a lot of my furniture. Rather than removing legs of sofa and dresser they left them on and scratched and scrapped the wood. They destroyed a brand new nightstand that cost me $375 4 months ago. They were respectful and apologetic but that doesn't account for the amount of money I am losing because your reimbursement cost is not enough to replace my furniture. I only had 15 pieces of furniture and 16 boxes to be moved so this was not a big move. Also, I moved from AZ and I have use Two Men and a Truck for the past 5 moves and NEVER had any damage to any of my things. They always had proper equipment and sent the right movers for the job. Very disappointing, will NOT recommend and I am in the Real Estate industry
