Booked a move and they canceled last minute the night before the move. This was so disruptive to my planning and schedule. Terrible customer service.

The movers were incredible. Their attitude, care and charm was a great relief on such a stressful day for us. They knew that I was pregnant and did not let me move a finger. First time working with a moving company, and it went above my expectations.

You were able to accommodate my request to reschedule at an earlier date in a short notice. I was really thankful. The movers Tyler, Sergio, Jacob and Randy. I used Two Men and Truck based upon experience using them 3 months prior in another state. Little did I know how much service can vary. In the event I paid more to move a 2 bedroom apartment than a 4 bedroom house on my prior move. 7 hours (oh they took one off for lunch) to move a 2 bed apartment 20 minutes down the freeway!

I called to lodge a claim. No one returned my call despite being assured a manager would contact me. Finally today, I called back about two weeks later and was informed by the representative that the claim had been lodged and closed by a manager ( recall I have received no contact re the claim)?? I won't be using Two Men and Truck in this lifetime again.

The day of the move they were 2 hours late and I had to wait for them within a 4 hour window, requested to have that changed to 2 hours and the office staff refused and they ending up showing up 2 hours past the 4 hours. What's the point then? No update. I had to contact someone on the website to be able to get ahold of the drivers and get an update. Within 5 to 10 minutes the drivers contact me telling me they'll be there in 30 minutes. How convenient that they just happened to be exactly 30 minutes away when I had to contact someone to get ahold of them. I also tried contacting the office staff for almost an hour between 4PM and 5PM, on a Friday, when they were supposed to be until 5. My overall experience was poor.
