I felt I was overcharged. The truck had to go through scales and was delayed and I was charged an hour over min time and it shouldn’t have been. They notified my of the delay but even the drivers felt it should have been a 3 hr min charge. It’s not like they loved my whole household of items. Only moved like 7-8 pieces of furniture. I told them on the phone they said they would talk with someone and get back to me and I have never heard anything. Very disappointing.

The three men that moved my household goods were not careful with my furnishings. They ripped off two handles on my king mattress. Those handles are intended to position the mattress not to lift it as it is quite heavy. The lead person later said that he should have watched the other two because of their lack of experience, they used the handles versus securing a hold on the overall mattress. The team did not disclose the damage. I found it at the end of the move. The lead person took photos and called someone who said that they could take the mattress right then back to Sacramento for repair. It was no notice, my only mattress, and I had no other accommodations to sleep that night. He then vaulted the possibility of $300 credit. The lead said he opened a claim for me but did not.

Professional, quick, great attitude in 100 degree weather. They made my move easy. My storage manager commented she was impressed by how the movers maneuvered the truck safely in the tight space.

Moving is not a situation I've done w/ any frequency. It was quite helpful to have a team such as Tim & Michael help me during a time of duress. They worked very hard under less-than an ideal situation, unloading in the heat we were all contending with. Upon inquiring re: services & costs, I found Alysha to exhibit patience & professionalism over-the-phone. However, it would be very helpful if bottom-line figures were solely & clearly discussed/delineated at the onset of an estimate. Additionally, my stress-level skyrocketed when I saw an email @ 0630 on THE day of my schedl'd move that had gone into SPAM, stating that my move would be cancl'd if I didn't confirm by 3p. For, neither had I rec'd any prior confirmation calls. Please, develop a means of online check-in/follow-up, etc.

Warren in the office was great setting the whole thing up but the two guys on the truck were the superstars. I can't say enough good things about them. They were simply amazing. They were able to pickup and carry super heavy objects which would have crushed mere mortals. They were supermen! If you have any kind of employee awards those two have my vote and my admiration. Thank you, and thank them, for a perfect move.

Tim, McKinley, and Tyler were very conscientious and enthusiastic. They worked quickly but also wrapped our furniture very well. No damage to anything, including glass sided display cases. Everything was put exactly where we wanted and they even moved 60 book boxes upstairs for us in record time. I am impressed with how easily and quickly it all was moved. Highly recommended!

The 2 movers that we hired were very courteous and careful with the moving of our furniture. We were very pleased.

The movers were great. They communicated well, worked efficiently and were nice to work with. Only a few minor complaints would be they nicked the walls a few times at the new home and they scratched the fridge. With that said, the home they delivered to is older with more narrow doors and hallways than most typical newer homes. Thus making the move more difficult. I don't blame them but i wish they would have let me know they made the few minor dings and scratches. Regardless, I would hire Two Men and Truck again.

The two men worked very well together, they had a system that worked for them and myself to save me time and money that produce a fast and productive move that saved time and money keeping respect for my belongings first on mind. I use a walker and had 3 different stops to unload so there where items in each room going to different places, they kept everything organized loading in order of each drop off. They were AWESOME when I move again I will request the same two men.

Only concern was that the boxes were stacked so high the bottom ones were crushed. Hopefully the contents are not damaged.
