The floors in my house were brand new. The movers were especially patient while I put felt pads on all the furniture before they brought it in the house! And though they did a good job of trying to protect the new floors, there were two instances of something being dropped.

There is a case open with the Operation Manager of your local Sacramento office. So far, just an investigation has taken place and NO other rectification has taken place. If this is not made right after we spent 720.00 to have two very lazy, unorganized, sloppy, careless and dishonest movers move us and leave us with 2 days of moving AFTER they left 1/3 of our belongings behind. We have a 1 bedroom with NO appliances or large items (except a sofa and a chase lounge) and the movers could NOT fit it all in your truck, so they said. I have used that same truck to have a 3) bedroom moved with NO problems. WITH THE SAME FURNITURE that I have now, minus many items since been disgarded.

I will spend the REST of my day telling EVERYONE I know and will know, NOT to EVERY use your services!

I'd like to express great appreciation for Sharif and John who were my movers on Friday, August 31st in Sacramento. They were on time, explained the process very clearly to me, and followed the instructions I gave with ease and enthusiasm. They were constantly hustling to make sure we finished on time and were are a real joy to work with. Please make sure you keep them on your team as long as possible; They are a real asset. I will definitely be using/recommending two me and a truck in the future.

the moving team was great, very enthusiastic and took care of all my belongings. They worked very hard and were respectful.

I was not aware the time given was an arrival window, and they arrived at the very tail end of the window, so ended up going until 7pm. Not the fault of the moving team, but maybe the scheduling behind the scenes?

On time, efficient and personable. Excellent experience using movers for the first time.

I found the team to be excellent, but after inspecting my belongings I found furniture to be wrapped in plastic that was unnecessary and that would account for the 7.5 hours and increase in my moving cost. For example: wrapping a wood bookshelf that did not have any moving parts was not necessary (wrapping in a blanket would have been just fine).
I did appreciate the care that was taken as nothing (even the curio) was damaged. Thank you.

I was really impressed with your company. A huge shout out goes to James. He was one of the two gentleman that assisted that day. His personality and demeanor was beyond impressive. He literally ran to and from the truck both when loading and unloading. He was genuinely happy and enjoyed his job. He went above and beyond. I would have given him the entirety of the tip but didn't feel it was completely fair. The other worker did his job but barely spoke. Upon pulling up to the job site, the first thing out of his mouth was asking if I had eye drops he could use, which I found quite odd and unprofessional. He did however do his job fine. The other thing that highly impressed me was when I got a phone call in the middle of the move just to see how everything was going. Highly recommendi

The men were friendly, experienced, professional and very adept at their jobs. They used great care in the packing and I was quite comfortable with their wonderful, respectful attitude. I was extremely pleased with my move.

Archoti and Fecka were fabulous. They were professional, polite, and efficient. They were very careful with my belongings, and helped me with two different stops and made everything fit into the available storage space.
