Although I was not there at the time of the move, my significant-other was very pleased with the job they men did. The only issue was that some furniture pieces were scratched quite a bit; however, it is inevitable that this happens during a move. But overall, we are both extremely please with the job the gentlemen did and would use your services again, and would definitely recommend to others.

I wanted to take a minute to tell you what a great experience it was to have my move from Berkeley to Sacramento done by 2 Men and a Truck (actually 3).
I believe Kevin was the manager of the crew.
He was calm, directed with knowledge and respect to his two staff members. All the while talking kindly to my college age kids and rapidly and efficiently got the truck loaded. He even helped me get the vacuum cleaner bag replaced.
Moves are stressful ... and as a single mom I can tell you their nice smiles and kind words helped along with doing the heavy lifting.

The movers moved quickly and did an excellent job. I will use the company in the future. My items were cared for and the movers placed the items where I asked them to.

As the men were moving boxes from the house, there was 1 step to go down and I feel that they didn’t take as much care with the boxes while going down the step because we had many glass and china pieces that were broken. I was in the other room when I heard them going down the step too fast and heard the boxes being jarred around.

The move was excellent. The price was higher then was expecting, but the movers did an excellent job.

Overall I'm very happy with the service and all went well. We're couldn't have done this move in one day without them. The move team was good, nice young men; very professional.
The only item I would say is the speed at the start seemed to take way longer to wrap stuff. I get protecting things, but they wrapped everything and it took th he better portion of the time. Once my husband was home, it went faster. Maybe it's just a learning thing for me, since I've never used movers. The move team was good and worked hard, so I dont want to diminish their efforts. I think I was charged for their 1/2 hour lunch break. They arrived at 9:15 and finished at 3:30ish. I was charged 6.5 hours. The lead took a long time wrapping up the signature stuff at the end. Let me know if I have that wrong.

The availability was tailored to my exact time frame needs and most importantly the crew was professional and experienced, they exceeded my expectations and we will request them for the next time we move.

Guys put items where I wanted them and took good care of my items. Very friendly and accomadating. Office staff was great checked in on me several times. Dispatch had a extra guy offered 2 instead of 3 worked out perfectly. Nothing broke! Thank you.

Great experience, our guys were Stanley and Kevin and they did a wonderful job. Showed up on time, moved our things carefully, worked quickly and they were both friendly. Definitely recommend this company. Office was involved and helpful which was nice, as it calmed our concerns about using them. Save yourself the hassle and use them!
