The guys were awesome and quick and efficient. They were easy to work with.

When I arranged to have items moved from a small unit to a larger unit at Security Public Storage, I was quoted an hourly rate and was told about the 3 hour minimum. However, I specifically questioned how much my move would cost because it would likely take an hour or so. I told the woman I spoke with I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be charged 3 hours for a job lasting an hour. She laughed along with me and told me it would be $139. I had the movers complete the job once they arrived because I was stuck and would have to pay for their services regardless. Your Customer Service Representative misled me and lead me to believe that the job would cost $139. A big reason I picked this company was the price but if I'd known how much it would really be, I never would have used your company.

Our movers were friendly and fast! They did a great job and worked well together.

Experience except they left 2 round glass end table tops on truck, did not receive in apartment. Will try to recover from company. Please help if you can. Thank you Carole

Super professional moving staff. Felt the office staff was misleading in price. Booked the move 30 dyas prior and was clear about what items would be moved including a piano. Was also told form of payment could only be certified funds. After ibtaining a cashier's check, and the day before the move, office staff called to say actually it would be a much higher rate and a third man required because I had a piano. This AFTER confirmation a second time . I was quite furious and couldn't cancel because it was within the 48 hours of the move. Still feel taken advantage of. Not cool. Moving staff was professional, pleasant and like a well oiled machine. While overall happy with this service I will caution others about my experience with the office staff.

My team was absolutely fantastic. They were hard workers and delightfully social on a stressful day. They asked questions at the appropriate time and took great care of my things. I would definitely hire them again and would refer them to others without a doubt. They almost make me want to move again....almost.

I have used 2 men and a truck 4 times now and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. The crew has always had a very helpful and positive attitude and have been very careful with my furniture and belongings, as well as my walls when moving big furniture! I would highly recommend them!
