It was good just wish I would have been explained what double miles were and also the care the employees have could have been better. They aren't cheap but came with no power tools and no knowledge of how to disaccemble a bed.

The 3 gentlemen who did my move were excellent. They treated my belongings like it was their own. They were quick, efficient and very friendly. My Move was difficult with many stairs, but there was never a complaint, plus it was pouring rain the whole time. Most impressive is that I needed them the same day - they were there in 4 hours. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Found everyone helpful and accommodating, making sure they went out of their way to make our move as smooth and painless as possible. Darwin and Wayne were very professional and courteous and was a pleasure to have them work for us!!!

There were 3 guys and two of the guys did all the loading and unloading only. It seems it was a waste of our money to have the extra guy therewith the ipad. The guys broke couple of plastic bins but let us know which was a good thing. At the new house the movers made marks on one of the doors and several walls. Also, the matresses were not wrapped and our mattress cover got black dirt on it.

I live in Florida and needed to help move my best friend in Sacramento, CA. I did everything over the phone. Thank you for providing the information to make this move as least expensive as possible but providing the best service. THANKS Jim

The workers were very nice, but 2 were new to the company and new to moving. This lead to damage to 2 of our dining room chairs where as they were not properly packed in the truck which allowed them to fall breaking a couple of pieces. We were apprised by the team leader and a supervisor (Neil) on site that they would be repaired and a claim would be opened. We received a phone call that the insurance that we purchased was not going to cover us for that repair and thus Neil would come out himself and see what he could do. At this time we have not heard again from the company. Mistakes do happen but when an accident does happen that is attributed to a little carelessness or lack of training i do not think that the customer should be held responsible.

I was lucky enough to have Michelle and Nick with my move. They were very polite and thoughtful taking the utmost care with my items. I will request them again to move me out of storage. Fantastic team
