The movers were not fully aware of all the expectations and therefore not fully prepared. Also one of my furniture pieces was falling apart when it arrived. However they courtious and careful with other items.

Yeah so I paid this company $420, I was only
moving from Citrus Heights to west Sacramento which is a 30 minute trip. I didn’t have a lot of stuff, my queen bed was the only furniture item. They only worked an hour and a half which is half the time I paid them for and at the end when I hand him $420 the guy complains because I didn’t tip them and “the company keeps all the money”
I get done unpacking, turn on my tv, and I see that on the inside of the tv is filled with colorful lines. These men managed to break my tv on the way to my New place and since there wasn’t “external” damage they say they couldn’t replace it. I tried talking
To someone higher up but I was told the same thing. Sad thing is the tv isn’t even a month old but I am 20 years old and on my own so what can I do.

I liked the first two men a lot, the third was late and I probably didn’t need him. In addition, he was the one who broke two lamp shades and messed up my table

The service provided was overall terrible. They failed to send the three men requested and only informed us 5 minutes before the truck arrived. The men they sent were not strong enough to move the furniture themselves. Almost all of our furniture was damaged and a solid wood desk broken. When communicating with the regional manager, he did not apologize rather stated an insufficient repair rate that would relinquish our furniture and only after we paid the balance of the move. The move took 3 times as long, the half day estimated for a 2 office and small reception area suite took almost 12 hours. When we informed our board, one member stated she also had a terrible experience with them. DO NOT USE THEM.

This was a fantastic experience. The two fellows truly took care of my mom‘s things, wrapping each item before moving it to the truck. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again. Never again will I ask my kids friends to help us move !

The supervisor of the movers was not good. I couldn’t afford the entire bill and wanted to know what collateral I had and they took back my flatscreen TV. I wasn’t applying for a loan. Just wanted to pay half the bill and payed the rest when I get my SS money in 2 weeks.

Although the guys did work hard considering they have to do this job everyday, I didn't care for the length of time it took to do the paperwork on their tablet (20 minutes) with the clock running from the minute the truck arrived. As a side note....one guy was loading while the other was experiencing difficulty with the tablet. Other than the tablet issues, over-all good experience.

The two guys that moved us were polite, friendly and professional. They were willing to go above and beyond. I trusted them completely. They also smiled a lot and seemed to be in a good mood while they were doing such hard work. Great attitudes!

My movers were awesome and worked hard to move me as quickly and efficiently as they could! They had a positive attitude and I was very pleased with their work ethic!

Every thing went smoothly and professional. I use your service in the future and recommend to others.
