Our move was taken off the schedule by an office employee and had I not called to add mattress bags to my order the day before no one would have showed up to move us. There was no apology no urgency to correct the issue or to make sure we were taken care of. The lack of concern to rectify the situation a situation that your employee caused was alarming. At the end of it I was then expected to pay full price for a move that I had to fight to make happen. Then I had to fight for a discount and to correct yet another error of the addition of a fuel charge that was added by mistake. And still not apology no offer to make it right and certainly no accomadting attitude. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The only silver lining was your team of amazing movers.

The movers did an excellent job moving my things and made sure I was in the loop about what was going on throughout the move. I appreciate them being cautious with the more delicate pieces of furniture. They were timely, friendly and personable. They were not at all phased by the multiple locations we had to go to deliver some of the furniture. One of the guys even offered to fix my washer machine for free! Couldn’t believe how easy the moving process was with these guys! I am very happy with my first experience using this moving company. Will absolutely recommend and use again!!

Your billing system needs improvement I wasn’t told about the extra charge for mileage

I have used Two Men and a Truck twice and was very satisfied both times. If I ever have to move again I hope the guys that moved me this time are still there and available. They were great in every way. Give them a raise.

Josh and Kevin were both timely , paid attention to detail and worked very hard. They were pleasant to deal with in a stressful time and guided us through the process very well. I absolutely will recommend your services to my real estate partners in the Sacramento region as well as family and friends.

The moving staff is extremely courteous and takes care of items as if they're my own. Each one of them was extremely personable and polite and game me confidence that they would take care of our needs. I w9uld recommend 2 men and a truck time and time again.

I guess we have to acknowledge that we got MOST of our belongings moved. We feel that we clearly outlined the volume of furniture and boxes we need moved a very short distance from a storage facility to our home. The distance is less than a mile. We accepted their recommendation of two trucks with two men each. They arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. but it took from that time to about 10:30 pm to unload the two trucks and we still had part of one unit in storage. Additionally, one of their men got hurt and needed transport to the hospital and they took 1.5 hours to arrive to help him. He finally called lyft. To say we were disappointed in their treatment of their employee is an understatement. We'll try someone else to move the rest of our stuff.

The guys were awesome. Worked great as a team. Courteous and considerate as well. Nice truck well organized inside the cargo area... Thank you very much.....

I was very impressed with how thorough, efficient and upbeat our movers were! They explained everything every step of the way, had great attitudes and were able to get my move done within the budget I had outlined with the consultant.
