Horrible experience . They forgot items at my old house . Over charged me and didn’t explain costs and when I called to ask questions , I was treated poorly. Would never recommend this company to anyone .

We chose Two Men and a Truck because they told me that they could move our safe. I was told that we needed to use three men and that we had to get a special truck with a lift gate to ensure the safe could be moved. This was a very valuable safe and our move was centered around hiring a company that could move this piece for us safely. I have used other movers in the past and had a great experience. At first I was happy with TMT because everything seemed very professional. Unfortunately, on our move day, the three movers dropped and permanently damaged our safe. Between the three of them they couldn't even move it. Once we had the safe company come out and determine it was no longer of any value, we did have TMT try to move it. They couldn't and needed my husband and two sons to help

The two men that moved out items were amazing! Very courteous and responsive to our questions. They took very good care of all of the furniture, making sure items were blanketed and wrapped. The move was for my Mom, moving from a house to a senior community apartment. The couch would not fit in the elevator at the apartment, so the two men carried the couch up four flights of stairs! absolutely amazing! I have never hired a moving company and had fears of being scammed, because I have heard stories about that. There was no scam here. Once again, our movers were absolutely amazing....exceeded our expectations!

I was so impressed with their work. They left a moving belt that straps on furniture, otherwise I have recommended them to managers at Laguna Creek apartments.

The movers worked fast and efficient, while caring for my property

Jake and Angelo were fantastic! They arrived an the early side of the start window. They went through the paperwork and did a thourough walk-through with me before starting. They worked quickly and efficiently, taking care to wrap and pad my things. Both men were friendly, polite, and hardworking. Dispite the high temperatures, they got the job done faster than we had estimated. I would highly recommend Jake and Angelo again.

Communication was poor. Had to wait an hour for supplies since the person I spoke with two days before the move neglected to tell the people in charge I needed packing and boxes. 103 outside. Guys packed things but many items just thrown into boxes, a few broken items. They charged me for paper pack the didn’t use and left in apartment, plus three unopened kitchen packs for dishes! They left one drawer full of stuff and several other items! Then they took off to the destination without telling us!! Bad experience. The guys worked about 6 hours-not their fault they werent expecting to pack! Bad communication. Apology from manager was nice but didn’t fix the problem. You guys need to get your act together! I want a refund on the extra paper pack that was barely used and the kitchen packs.
