Moving team was incredible. Personable, careful with my items, and worked very hard.
The office team was a bit disorganized, I overheard a harsh message to the movers misstating my contract agreement, and then got an additional charge from miscalculation. The job clearly took longer than any of us anticipated and was >$1500...you'd think the company could cover $30.
Just bad customer rapport.

The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Customer service assistance on the phone made it a simple and straightforward process. The men that came out to move our items were timely and very professional. I also appreciated someone checking in on us midway through the move to see how things were going. Seriously, 5 star service. I will be recommending this company to everyone!

The guys who moved us were great! They listened to what I needed, were carefully with my stuff, were friendly and quick!

I was very pleased with all aspects of my move. Your moving staff were so professional & friendly. This was a two part move & they handled it perfectly without any problem, and they delivered my piano to me in perfect condition. You can be very proud of your employees.

Although there were bumps with my initial request for a quote, once I called in, everything else was smooth from paperwork through move.

Chris was a machine and very professional. Got to the point without sacrificing courteousness and did most of the moving. Dejon signed everything for me, I didn't get to read anything he was signing as he held the tablet and docusigned everything with my signature. He also asked how I'm tipping, he did the initial walkthrough and many things ended up being missed that I have to move myself..

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK are the best investment you can make for a smooth, easy move. Josh and Jacob, arrived on time with the most helpful, positive attitude that they kept all day. They took the best care of all the furniture, as if it were their own. There were lots of heavy, bulky pieces upstairs that were no problem for them. My moving team was awesome. I had never used a moving service before and they were so patient and understanding. When I had to change apartments at the last minute, they took their lunch and chilled. Which really helped my anxiety.
