Excellent service all around, never expected a hectic and challenging moving experience to be so positive! So glad I found Two Men and a Truck online. All of your representatives were informative, cheerful, courteous, and professional throughout the process. Customer representative Angela was especially helpful, and Movers Parker and Brian did an outstanding job wrapping, packing, protecting, and moving everything efficiently and safely. As always, your company continues to meet every expectation I have and offers to meet expectations I don’t have. If that makes any sense; It’s late and I’m tired. I don’t know what your hiring process is, but your movers and staff as a whole are phenomenal both for customer service and work ethic. The gentlemen that helped me were professional, courteous, effectively efficient and motivated. I take every opportunity to share the experiences I’ve had with Two Men and a Truck. The men arrived in a timely fashion, the worked hard and fast and all seemed very happy and oroud if their work. They did not complain once. They were so positive.

One mover was great! Hard working & accommodating. The other was slow and a slightly negative attitude. A big chunk of drywall was taken out of my wall because they leaned a sharp object against a wall. They couldn't fit everything inside the truck because of the way the truck was loaded. This caused me to have to take another load the next day. Because of the time it look, I feel I had to pay too much money for this service.

Drivers Darrell, Marquez and Kevin were WONDERFUL....give them a raise! Especially Darrell - very professional, great with explaining EVERY detail. We have very expensive and heavy furniture - all three made sure all items covered to prevent damage with moving and even covered our stairway, banisters and wrought iron staircase to prevent damage when bringing items down to the truck. I would ask to have these three young man again. Very well-mannered, clean and professional - can't say enough good things about them.
(I did have to make 2 calls to office staff in order to get help, since did not receive call back after the first call). Also, the 8 hour minimum is a little extreme - 6 would have been better.

The move went well, but after the move, the office called to say my check was declined. Upon further questioning, my check was not declined, the movers lost my check. It cost me an additional $25 for a stop payment. This is unacceptable.
