The moving team was outstanding and provide superior service to make the actual move go as smoothly as possible.

The packing team were very efficient and professional....however, we are missing the contents of an entire drawer from the Master Bedroom which contained a bank bag containing credit cards and various legacy iphones. Would like to know the steps to take if they are still unaccounted for once all of the unpacking is completed.

my furniture was damaged. my walls and flooring in my new place were damaged. glass bowls were broke. I can't say I would recommend this company due to the damages above. I asked for 3 men and was only provided 2.

Service was mostly ok...not worth mentioning to others, but it was sufficient for my situation. When i called to make my appointment, the staff was very friendly. But thats about as far as that goes.

They told me that I would be getting a call 30-45 minutes prior to arrival. Never received that call, which was problematic for me as i was moving and unpacking at another location.

I ordered certain items to protect my stuff, like mattress bags...they charged me for them and never brought them, i had to buy those items from my local storage facility.

And when it came to moving, they didnt use any carpeting, or anything, to protect the floors from their dirt and grime, so i spent the better part of 2 hours cleaning carpets of the grease.

They work in a pinch, but thats it.

Very nice movers very helpful and hard working. I found a small hole and scratch to other home that was not reported to me. That is my only complaint.

They broke stuff, ruined some of my furniture, didn’t place heavy furniture where I directed them to, were slow and complained the whole time. A couple of them were very inexperienced and were put on a truck together without anyone with experience. They damaged the walls in both the house I moved out of and also the one I moved into. I will never use this company again.

Arranging and explanation of details of services offered were very clear. At the time of arrival and introduction, one mover informed he had been with the company for 1 month and the other mover, for 4 months. Within 30 minutes of starting the move, dining room clothed chairs were placed in the back of the truck without being wrapped as requested. The more seasoned mover informed the other mover to make sure he wraps the furniture and chairs. Upon inspection of the wrapped furniture there remained exposed cloth and areas of the furniture not protected. This required re-wrapping and extra time and with the lack of care in handling of my furniture, eventually lead to damage of a handmade chair while in transport.

The crew arrived at my home and promptly hit my wrought iron driveway entry gate with their massive truck destroying one panel. I had to ask the operations manager to come out to the scene (he did not offer). The crew members were in tears. The manager replaced the crew and assured me he would facilitate getting the gate fixed. He did not, only turned the matter over to their insurance company. He would not answer my calls or give me his email. I have had to spend days getting estimates, and the gate will not be repaired for weeks. The house is for sale, so the first thing buyers see is the damaged gate. I would never use this company again and would never refer anyone to them.

When booking, explained some items were very heavy. My wife was handling the move & I called to check in she told me they sent two small individuals. Called back about an 1.5 hrs later. Asked how far along and she informed me they were moving slow/only had maybe 4 items on the truck. I decided to leave work, when I get there, there was damage to the walls. New location was a brand new home. They did not protect the entrance door, did not use floor protection, asked them to wrap the hand rail (ignored our request). Rammed the washer into the wall damaging the sheet rock. Ops mgr shows up, asked about handling of damage, he just says the crew will image and report, didn’t ask to see it. Wrapping up, asked if he imaged the damage at both places. He said no. You could tell he didn’t want to.

I love how quick and courteous they are. I did find a few extra nicks and dings this time around. However, I would always recommend them for a stress free move.

I am very displeased with the service rendered Two Men & A-Truck. THEY BROKE MY WALL UNIT!!! - THEY DELIVERED SOMEONE ELSES’ WALL MIRROR. THEY COMPLAINED ABOUT BEING TIRED AND HAVING TO PROVIDE SERVICE FOR ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!!!
