Overall a wonderful experience that helped take a lot of stress out of moving. Booking was straightforward and accommodating as our moving needs shifted. As for the move itself, the movers were incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient, and took great care that our belongings were packed and moved safely.

After confirmation of my move time the previous day, on my moving day, Two Men and a Truck did not show up at the time promised. I waited 30 extra minutes and called and was told they left me message that they would be coming between 2-3PM not the 9-10AM. As a matter of fact, no one called me, I checked my home messages and I had my cell phone. Needless to say, I explained to the Two Men and a Truck Office Person that PODS warehouse closes and is locked at 2:30PM and the movers needed to come earlier. I was rudely told that someone called in sick and my movers went to San Dimas and they would see what they could do. I was outraged at the unprofessional service. After about an hour, the Office Person called and said 3 movers would be there around 12:30PM. Around 12:30PM 2 movers came, not

The office team was extremely flexible with my requirements. They partnered with me on securing storage in addition to the move and gave me very fair pricing. The team that showed up, Cody and Carlos, were very friendly and professional. They alleviated so much of my move stress. Thanks for a seamless move experience!

The two movers were excellent. On time, hard workers, very professional and polite. For this booking, there was some confusion with the office staff about pricing and the required deposit hold prior to the move. The deposit was almost double the total estimate for my move, which deposit I believe was excessive. But we worked it out, I paid what they required, and I was given a small discount on the fuel cost. My entire two-stop move was only about 6 miles in driving, so the normal fuel cost was high for my job. The dispatcher recognized that and gave me a fuel discount which I appreciated. I absolutely will continue to use your company again and again, and will continue to recommend you to my friends.

Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, respectful and bent over backwards to give the best service. I was contacted during the move to ensure that the mover-men (Chris and Jose) were doing a good job, and that they were respectful. My sister and I had a great experience. The guys helped rearrange the furniture once it was moved into my sister's apt and even came up with great suggestions of where to place items -- it was a small place.

Can't say enough how incredibly pleasant, respectful everyone was and there was NO DRAMA! Our grandfather clock and the rest of the pieces arrived unharmed.

Overall excellent, but the billing process was a little confusing.

Everything about my experience with Two Men & A Truck was outstanding! I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family, and would happily use them again in the future.

Moving can be overwhelming and 2 Men and a Truck made the move as painless as possible. The process, movers and care they took was on par with my experience moving cross country using the big boys. I had a good experience and the price was fair
