First time we ever used movers , the crew handled everything with care wrapping everything with moving pads , broke down bed frames and set them back up . They were great truck was new and clean . Crew was professional and uniformed

This was the second time we've used Two Men and a Truck for local moves in the Los Angeles area. This company does what they say they will do and they complete the job on time and on estimate. We don't own priceless heirlooms but need help moving heavy / bulky furniture. The crew was pleasant and courteous, and everything got here in fine shape. Thank you.

1) Failure of movers to arrive during the initial scheduled “move-out” time
2) Damage to property incurred during improper and reckless moving technique/method during “move-out” and packing of truck
3) Failure of the movers OR a representative from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to notify me over the following 72 hours despite verbal assurances
4) Delay of truck departure, conflicting narratives as to reason for delayed departure; failure to communicate delays as to “move-in”/arrival time
5)Costs incurred from missing arrival / “move-in” time by over 24 hours
6) Replacement movers unable to locate lost parts to furniture
7)Extended “move-in” procedure caused by replacement movers not being briefed as to methodology/organizational system used by original movers during “move-out”
& so much more..

Numerous pieces were damaged and although I followed up numerous times no one from this franchise got back to me. We felt trapped because we still had seven vaults at their facility. Recently we took about three vaults and a table and noticed at least three larger pieces of art - original framed oils were missing. Although I contacted this franchise and corporate about the matter no one has gotten back to me. I am ready concerned that they have lost them

Staff is nice but not responsive to locating our art.

I was charged after the final charges, and the charges still have not been explained despite my asking twice. The movers also scratched my furniture, and the office staff refused to tell me how to file a claim. I pointed out the damage to the movers on the day, and they did nothing either. I'm very disappointed by this whole experience.

Service was good up until we realized after they left how many markings were left on our brand new house walls and that a box of ours was missing and we still haven’t heard anything back from anyone about the missing box

I booked with you guys after my sister and her husband used you for a recent move. They loved the company and their movers. I personally met their movers as well and was pleased. The movers who helped me were fine.. not exceptionally friendly. My main complaint is that they did not wrap my white upholstered bed frame and headboard.. as a result, it has a few stains (dirt from ground, dirt from hands, even grass stain from setting on the grass) which are very obvious. The guys did not notice the stains until I pointed them out and didn’t seem to show much concern.. just advised me to call the office the next day. Please make sure your movers actually wrap all items, ESPECIALLY upholstery. These are expensive products that are very important in people’s homes...

When I called I specifically asked for really big strong men since our furniture is all solid wood imported from India and it is extremely heavy. That is also why I requested the 3rd guy. The guys were extremely nice , but I feel that they just weren't strong enough for the heavy pieces. A few pieces almost fell. And a heavy headboard fell on 1 of the men while he had his back turned to it.
5 pieces were scratched and dented. The 2 worst being the washer doors paint is scraped up pretty good and the Washer has a pretty big dent on the right back right side.
Sewing machine drawer was broken off. A bed foot board has scratches. Patio table scraped and chipped paint.
The guys did their job to the best of their ability. Like I said, they just needed to be big and stronger like I'd asked.

My property was handled very poorly with little care, in spite of me repeatedly asking for the movers to wrap my furniture and handle things with care

They got my things from point A to point B, but they broke the handle off a nightstand and left an appliance on their truck. The office said they'd deliver it to me the next day but they never did, so I guess I need to replace it myself. I also asked if they could let me vacuum the bedroom at the new place before putting down the bed but they just put it down right away. It was nice to have the help moving but the quality was a little lacking for the price.
