From the office personnel to the packers to the movers, everyone was excellent. Very polite, professional and friendly. I could not have been more pleased. It was an excellent experience from start to finish.

The team arrived on time and were VERY personable, efficient and professional. They worked hard and completed the move within five hours, which was amazing based on the amount of boxes and furniture I had. I followed the directions provided by the office staff which helped with the move. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone. The price was right and they are Veteran friendly. Semper Fi and thanks.

Jessica was amazing. Very professional, understanding about scheduling after the kids left the house and extremely patient. Zikel and Ramon were also extremely patient as they moved my world. Also, they were very mindful and respectful of my things. They were fast, efficient and also very professional. So happy I found these folks. Helpful, great attitude and very creative as we rearranged our home and garage. Will definitely be calling them again!

I was very satisfied with the moving team, although I was a very disappointed when it came down to signing the last paperwork at the end of the day coming to find out that my quote didn't include anything other than labor (4 hours) and had to pay an additional $300 + dollars on top of the $500+ dollars already spent. Any type of additional cost should be thoroughly explained to the customer when making the reservation.

Your policy of a fuel surcharge is extreme, fuel prices are dropping, this truck was "gas" and the miles from door to door was less than 25 miles. $61.20 is a ridiculous amount, it should based upon distance or actual fuel usage, not on an hourly basis. The only reason 3 men were needed was due to a piano, this is my only complaint.

Packing team did well. Had reservations about a few items packed but made it from CA to FL intact. Thanks for the assist. Could not have made the move without them.
