Made appointment on Feb 10th with Melissa Casey to move on March 17th. I told her I have been in a 2+ walkup apartment for 20 years, we have a lot of stuff, at least 40 boxes, furniture and frig, etc. Movers came, declined the move, CC charge of $570 plus $142.50. Disputing now with B of A. Sited unsanitary conditions because of cats. This is a move... I didn't ask them to dinner or a sleepover.

Leon and Brice were very helpful. (I hope I got their names right.) They helped me move a very heavy bed frame into the bedroom and then completed the final assembly. They took great care to insure that the bed frame was not damaged. I could not have completed this task without their help.
My only complaint about the service was the 4 hour minimum. I would have been happier if it was less.

Kyle and Ryder were great - friendly, efficient, hardworking, great in every way. The office person did not tell them that there would be any dishes, kitchen items or delicate glass or ceramic items (though I told her we were moving out of a kitchenette hotel room) so no paper or bubble wrap through no fault of theirs. They improvised with what we had and did a great job - no breakage, no loss!
