While I was anxious about my move, the movers completely put me at ease with their professionalism and care for my things. They worked efficiently and carefully but were also well mannered and conversational. They communicated clearly, and I am truly thankful for their hard work.

When it came time to move our personal household goods from Baldwin Park to Upland I hired Two Men and a Truck based on the 2017 experience.

Called about a month ahead to book a move from our apt to a storage while we’re in between places. Staff was kind and helpful booking a date and explaining the costs. On the big move day i was prepared with everything boxed and surfaces cleaned to be moved. I had two of the nicest movers who worked quickly, carefully, and had wonderful attitudes. The job couldn’t have gone better. It was finished and unloaded at our storage in record time. Will definitely be referring friends and using Two Men and a Truck’s services again. I want to be clear that the movers were excellent. The issue I had was with the inefficiency of the office staff. I live in MD and the move was in CA for my mom. The contact person was in CA yet on the day of the move I received the phone call. the movers had no other information to call anyone else. I had to excuse myself from a meeting in order to ensure they had the correct number to call. I was told my CC would not be charged, payment was to be made at time of service, yet my CC was charged even though payment information was received the day of the move in CA. It was quickly corrected but it should not have happened. Your business is not unique and the expectation is efficiency, which I did not receive from the office staff. It is a maybe that I would recommend.

The movers were friendly and professional. They handled everything with care. And I was completely satisfied.
