Both moving teams that loaded and unloaded my stuff were great! The team that packed the stuff on the pallet didn’t do a great job and broke a coffee table and scratched so other things.

I want to thank all the staff who facilitated my move, and would like to give particular thanks to the two men who helped with the move. They were both hard working and efficient. But even more, they were so kind and considerate of me as I was going through an extremely stressful move of my elderly mother into a memory care residence.

Moving team was great. Nolan and his crew were careful and quick. He even let me know right at the beginning that this was more of a four hour job instead of the quoted three. Much appreciated.

Anthony & Oscar were such a fantastic moving team. They were quick, courteous, and extremely professional.

Where they missed the mark was there was an operational error in scheduling and the office staff last minuted scheduled a move before ours, so we were delayed 3 hours meaning we were hitting peak rush hour time and we got charged for it...

I was extremely pleased with the level of service and the courtesy and professionalism of both my sales rep and my moving team. The movers in particular were outstanding. Extremely fast and thorough but also super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond.

Very courteous teams, hard workers, worked fast and helpful suggestions. Team leaders were Nolan and Pedro were very organized. Moving day took longer than estimated which meant we paid more than what we expected to pay. Cost us time and a half for addition hours.

The team was amazing. Kind and professional, made moving simple and easy. Took great care of our furniture.

Jamal was part of my moving team and he was extremely helpful and hardworking in all aspects.

The other mover did a great job as well, but Jamal really stood out.

From initial quote to final unload, the entire team was professional and helpful. Valerie in the office was great. Our Los Angeles moving team, Oscar and Dom, were efficient and took great care with our belonging. Oscar maintained contact throughout the cross-country trip and arrived as scheduled in Michigan. Jamison from the Lansing team assisted Oscar with unload and was amazing. Would recommend
