Your Pasadena movers dedicated to community

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Campaigns

Movers for Meals

Movers for Meals® is a campaign where we help provdie meals for the homeless by partnering with Union Station Homeless Services. Union Station Homeless Services is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization located in Pasadena that is committed to helping homeless men, women, and children to rebuild their lives. Since their start in 1973, they have helped to rebuild the lives of thousands of people who were at one point homeless and without hope. We helped with their Adopt-A-Meal program, serving a Thanksgiving lunch for those in need. We also donated $1,000.00 to help them with their various programs! We appreciate all they are doing for our community, and are excited to team up with this amazing charity.

Movers for Military

We have kicked off our 2nd annual Movers for Military! Through the Movers for Military program, we aim to support homeless veterans by collecting essential care items and basic necessities and delivering them to a local shelter around Veterans Day. 2016 marked the first year that the Pasadena franchise provided critical support to the brave women and men who have sacrificed to protect our freedom. This year, we will again collect donations for New Directions for Veterans, a non-profit organization which serve homeless veterans in need. Some of their programs include: permanent and temporary housing, mental health services, substance abuse, and job assistance.

We are collecting the below wishlist items for our veterans in need:

  • toiletries (razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, etc.)
  • new packs of socks, underwear, undershirts
  • gift cards (target, walmart)
  • shower shoes (flip flops)
  • canned food items
  • new pillows
  • + anything else!

This year we have partnered with 20 locations to house our donation drop boxes for Movers for Military! Click here to find the location closest to you.

If you are interested in donating or are a business that would be interested in housing a donation drop box, please let us know! You can call us at our office or by emailing info0415@twomen.com.

Movers for Moms®

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® locations across the country collect donations for women every spring and deliver them to local women's and family shelters on or before Mother's Day. Franchises partner with local shelters, schools, and other community organizations to collect goods that will make Mother's Day special for moms living in shelters. 2016 marked our first annual Movers for Moms® campaign and each year we manage to surpass the previous year's donation amount. If you are interested in donating items or being a community partner, please reach out to stefanie.shook@twomen.com.
