They were great. Excellent communication, flexibility, and autonomy. I massively underestimated the amount of time required, and they took it in stride and got it done. Packing was awesome. There was no damage, even after hitting potholes on hundreds of miles on horrible Hwy 5. I can't overstate how please I am.

If you have a truck that has been loaded, and there is an issue, what should have happened is the truck goes to the new location and unloads. If that is all you're willing to do it makes better sense and better business sense to go ahead and take the items off the truck at the new location not at the location from where I was moving from.

My overall experience was excellent. Reserving the truck and crew were easy. The movers, Christian and Scott, arrived on time, were very professional, knew what they were doing and worked quickly and efficiently.
