Pedro and Mason were awesome for our move day. They were friendly to my dog, and they took great care with every item, careful not to bump walls in either location. We ran into a small problem with a fridge that was too large to fit through the door, and they got the doors off to make it happen. Please give these two my highest of compliments, as they were total pro's.

The office staff were polite and understanding when we had to cancel and reschedule 3 times due to escrow delays.

Well first of all, the moving team were fast and hard working, but! I still have two shelf to my Ashley entertainment center missing and one shelf bracket. I'm still waiting to hear back from the supervisor, I also got contacted from a person that found my tablet in pieces on the road located close from where we were moving from, it works, but the camera is broken, I think a discount for my tablet should be applied and the one bracket and the two shelf need to be replaced. I will not give up on getting my items replaced!!

Employee forgot to take payment check. There is one box full of pots and pans missing and my wife who is a chef is really worried! As there many boxes still to open, we don’t know if some other box is missing.

Having new floors installed and the men were great! I just need help moving the really heavy items out onto my patio and they were quick, careful and courteous.

The guys had my big-screen TV up the stairs and in the house in just a minute. Very courteous and professional, would hire again.

Prompt and on time. Took great care of moving our valuables without damaging them. Would recommend them and will use them again.

Was they stood out mattress uprights on a very dirty truck floor. It took some effort by us to get it clean, but truly the overall experience was great. Would highly recommend.

Everything went fine until the last piece of furniture was unloaded. An antique hutch was broken. I was assured I would be contacted within 2 days to discuss repair of the hutch glass which the movers said they had placed incorrectly in the truck. It has been a week and I’m still having problems getting a satisfactory answer as to when my hutch will be repaired and redelivered to me. The office does not get back to you in a timely matter. I was warned by a friend not to use 2 men and a truck because of a similar issue they had trying to get glass repaired with one of their items. Accidents happen - it’s the follow up that I have an issue with. Communication is not a strong point with this company.

I was not happy when I learned from the delivery team that they were not staying the whole 8 hours. I was told by office staff we had 8 hours with them. Also we had 4 grown men In addition to our delivery drivers and the delivery men didn’t have time to stay and put the beds back together. We had a lot to move and more than enough people to do it that the delivery team should have had time to re set the bds together
