We had some confusion on the closing date of our home and we had to change our moving date. The office staff was very accommodating. Our moving team consisted of 3 men and 2 trucks. The movers were professional, respectful, and fast. With upbeat, positive attitudes. Even in spite of the horrible smoke and heat. They were quick and efficient in moving our things. Person answering phone was knowledgeable. Was a hard situation with FIRES in Redding area. Was able to get rescheduled because of evac. and still get the move done before must be out.

A mistake was made and our original moving date was never fully booked which i found out when i called the week of our move to confirm. Once this problem was discovered the office was able to get us in another day the same week and didn't charge us the weekend rate (since our original date was during the week). The two movers who came to our house were professional and moved quickly!

The leader of the moving team Rick was excellent in every way my husband and I really appreciated his expertise and professionalism.
Hunter was also very good how ever at the end of the move he was very tired and was not as careful with our items. He also complained about how much stuff we had and how the office thought it was a much smaller job. But he got the job done and we are grateful for the help. We would recommend your service to family and friends. Our family, have used your company for our moving needs for years and Hunter was the first employee to verbalize anything negative about his job. Maybe he was just having a bad day. We all do at some point.

Chuck and Adam arrived on time between 8 and 8:30 as was scheduled. They were extremely efficient and caring of my furniture. Can't thank you enough for a smooth move. They asked often if I needed them to do anything else. They warned me that a particular piece of office furniture would not travel well unless taken apart. I really appreciated that information and disassembled the furniture.
