Overall the service was excellent. The communication could be better what time the truck is arriving and a better heads up when you are running late.

I am disappointed that many if our things were broken in this move. It is the first time I have lost so much when moving. They lost the controller for our sleep number bed so we had to sleep on an air mattress. I was told someone would call in a day or two as I saw they reported it. But no call back. Now we have to order a new pump and control because our bed is 5 years old and new controller will not work. It is $395 to order all . The guys were good but follow up on the bed never happened so I am disappointed with that. The guys here said you guys would order it and pay for it since they didn’t put it with the bed and we never found it.

Felt they took almost too good of care of our stuff. Would have preferred a faster job as our belongings are. It very valuable. Also, can not find a box of kitchen supplies.
