The booking process was very redundant and I was the one that had to stay on top of keeping the process moving along or I wouldn't have had the truck booked in time. I had to explain my request to the same person over three times and even when I filled out the inventory checklist, they still had pieces missing when they repeated my request back to me. The movers were good, they did their job well up until my vintage upright piano was broken. I get it, things happen, but I still haven't heard back from the person who handles insurance or the fixing of damaged items and it's been over a week since the move. Quick to bill but not quick to fix mistakes. & maybe if you got a smaller truck, you wouldn't have to charge $330 for smaller moves.

My rating is for the guys only. They were amazing. But my overall experience rating being poor was bc even though they were great the previous move for them went so far over they weren't even in the time frame that I was told to expect them. Then they were so tired from it things took longer. Because it was so late at night by that point we had to stop, put everything back & leave. I was staying in Sacramento & had to come back to Chico the next day resulting in more travel costs, ruined family plans & possible charges w/my complex bc the keys weren't turned in when they were supposed to be. It took more time then to get everything reset back up & then the charge was double the estimate & the supervisor wouldn't help me out even after they were late & made me late too. So no, not again.

I found the two men who came with the truck to be prompt, courteous, and highly professional. I was impressed with the care they gave to our belongings -- almost as if they were their own. I was also impressed with the skill they exhibited in placing our belongings in the new storage facility, which had some limitations, and which they worked around very well. At the end of the move, I remember my feelings that I could not have done it better myself, especially in the relatively small amount of time it took them. When we prepare to move our belongings into a new residence, I will call on two men and a truck again, without hesitation. I will also not hesitate to recommend two men and a truck to anyone needing to move.

I was very happy with my service. The movers were very professional. They showed up exactly on time, were very friendly and courteous, and they even got done with my move early. They also made me feel comfortable through the whole process, which is a big deal for me because I am a single woman who lives alone, and I don't like having strangers in my apartment. I would definitely use them again.
