Exceptional service. Professional men packing the truck. A seamless move.

Horrible. 3 hours late w/o notice. Navigator insisted on using GPS when I told him not to or he'll end up in timbuktu. He did costing me an hour for him to spin around downtown on one way streets. I was charged for the hour he waisted. His trainee's pants kept falling down which took more time and caused him to damage walls and woodwork inside and out. Janea refused to accommodate the situation.

The two men one from Chico and one from Redding were very professional and very fast, would use them again in a month from now.

Jonathan and his team moved a very unique and large piece of furniture for us yesterday. We couldn’t be more pleased with how the process went. On time. Took care in moving all furniture as to not damage the walls or doorways in either home. Friendly, and didn’t waste a minute. Extremely helpful in unpacking.

The office Mgr Jenae (sp) was over the top courteous, helpful, and accommodating to the moving stress i was under; she encouraged me and checked back a number of times to see what i needed and how the process for the move was going. The 'Two Guys' and their truck arrived as stated and were busy in getting everything packed and delivered efficiently, saving me $$$$ and time. Highly recommended.....
