The only problem is the piece. off furniture they placed in the garage covered my electrical outlet! It could have been avoided! I didn’t realize it till I needed to use it!

My name is John and we need agents who understand that the customer is still the reason we have the opportunity to do what we do. If we cannot take care of them, then they will not take care of us. I use Two Men offices across the country and will always reach out to them anytime with a new job. They do exactly what they say and I would highly recommend them. My only concern is that each location is independently owned, so do not assume rates will be the same from office to office. I wish they could become more uniform in their pricing by geographic area. That being said, they know their business, so I still reach out to them if I have a project that needs their services.

The only thing that upset me was that I had asked in my first phone call to the office was that they were going to be able to take some of my stuff to the dump and the rest to storage. They did not explain the dump fees enough and they failed to follow through on their promise to take my stuff to the dump. I was disappointed in that but they did do a good job with the move and taking the beds apart and all. I really dont like to give bad reviews and I would still like to reccomend them but I was hurt over them not following through and I am very low income and the job for my two bedroom appt came to over $1000 dollars and it took longer than expected. I did tip them though for the hard work though. Thank you
