The moving staff was superb. They called to inform me of their arrival time; they arrived early; they were 100% competent, friendly, dependable, and knowledgeable of all facets of their job. They were very pleasant to work with and fulfilled requests for extra services very happily. I would definitely use Two Men and A Truck if I ever have to move again.

Overall I am satisfied with the service. I thought the amount of paperwork was excessive and I would of liked the ability to of read it ahead of time to have a little better understanding as to what I was signing in the moment. Aside from that everything was great. I really enjoyed the two gentlemen that came out and the amount of work they got done in an hour was fantastic.

I cannot thank you enough for the amazing team of three lovely gentleman you sent to move our home. Not only were the absolutely professional,
but they were also personable, and took such exceptional care of our furniture that my father-in-law, who previously worked for a moving company, mentioned their excellent care of our possessions multiple times. The 2 men did a great job loading and unloading. Unfortunately they arrived 3 hours late because their truck wouldn't start on delivery day. Possible maintenance issue. So I'm very pleased with the 2 men, but not so much with the truck.

First, the three guys that came out to help move were so friendly and nice. They were really great. They asked questions and make sure that every thing was were I wanted it. The only suggestion that I have is one of safety. They need to make sure they are not walking over moving pads. A process improvement training would be helpful. Take pads off, move them to one location, then move the furniture. They were stepping over the pads a lot and they could get hurt or damage/drop things. Second- I had one of them attach my headboard to my bed frame and I have LOTS of left over hardware. This will have to be redone. He was super nice and tried his best- but it is not done correctly. Overall, great job and I will use you guys again!
