Quote was miss-leading. Was told time started when they arrived. At the end of the day the time card reflected they started the clock an hour before they arrived for drive time. Time card also reflected a 1 hour lunch break? I don't mind that they took lunch, but why am I paying for that hour. 7% Fuel surcharge for a move less than 5 minutes drive away is absurd. Movers lost the bolts that hold the fridge doors together. When told about it 2 of them blew it off and just wanted to get out of there. The third was helpful enough to contact the office for direction on how to handle. Spindle handles for the safe came up missing, they were found the next day in the back of the moving truck. It took multiple phone calls, visits and two weeks to finally get the replacement screws for the fridge.

Overall, the guys were really good. Very polite, shook my hand. Wrapped all the pieces well. I really appreciated the communication with the office. They called to let me know they were running behind but the guys did arrive within the timeframe I was given. Unfortunately, a very large dresser mirror was broken. It had tipped over in the truck. What made that situation much better was that they handled it right away and I received a damage report the next morning. They are having the mirror repaired and i'm anxious to see the result since it's mid century and expensive.

I hired two men and a truck to move us to our home-to-be. A representative came two days before moving day to check out the job, and said total price would “not exceed 4 hrs” of packing and “not exceed 6 hrs of moving”— even if it took longer, but it would probably take less. A team of three was sent. Two of the three were young, immature, and inexperienced. Just packing took ~ 8 hours (a house I had already started packing) so the move was done in a rush. We had to complete the move on our own— there was a lot left behind. The team was also uninformed of our quote and tried to charge us over double our quoted price. The office staff apologized and offered to send another truck, but by that time our required move out day had passed. We are very dissatisfied with the moving experience.

They were on time friendly and professional. I have unpacked and moved items, not one thing broke and not a scratch on a wall. As someone who moves a lot , I understand that things happen , scratches, wall damage, broken items, accidents happen. In this case I have not found one scratch or broken item. Great job guys!

I was hesitant at first to use your company as I had another company already hired but they had an emergency and couldn't do the job. This company went above and beyond (in my opinion) meeting my needs and deadlines. Very courteous and respectful of my stuff. Highly recommend and would use again with no problems.
