LA traffic is unpredictable, but the Westside has consistent patterns. Avoid scheduling your start time during the morning rush between 7 and 9 AM or the evening slowdown between 4 and 7 PM on the 405 and Lincoln Boulevard. A 9 or 10 AM start is usually the sweet spot.
